Amber dry wine made from Traminer grapes. Crafted through spontaneous fermentation with wild yeast and
maceration on the lees (infusing grape juice with grape skins) for 2 months.
Impressive aroma of roses, delicate white flowers, and fruity marmalade, complemented by a soft taste resembling
the touch of a flower petal, with a subtle hint of honey deepening into dried fruit undertones. Light acidity adds harmony.
The lingering aftertaste is prolonged with delicate honey notes.
The recommended wine temperature is - 14-16°C.
The wine pairs wonderfully with rabbit, turkey, and duck meat, as well as with fish baked in cream sauce and grilled vegetables.
